Appreciation of Guest Speaker: Mr. Stephen Sui Wai-keung, GBS, JP
We are greatly honored to invite Mr. Stephen Sui Wai-keung, GBS, JP, former Secretary for Labour and Welfare, to host the assembly talk in our school and to grant interviews. Drawing upon his rich life experience, Mr. Sui skillfully connected his past years of service in senior government positions, the joys and meaningful moments of family life, and the responsibilities he has undertaken in community service after retirement. The entire talk was truly captivating. It not only reflected his profound dedication to serving society, but also served as a powerful testament to the meaning of “God has a beautiful plan for everything.” The students and teachers present were deeply inspired and greatly benefited.
Through Mr. Sui, we have seen a humble leader who steps into the community and walks alongside others. With a modest and gracious attitude, he shared his wisdom and encouraged our students to remain confident and hopeful when facing the challenges of the future. This lecture not only broadened the students’ horizons, but also planted the seeds of goodness and service in everyone’s hearts—teaching us to recognize others’ needs and to strive alongside them in support.

本校萬分榮幸能邀請前勞工及福利局局長蕭偉強先生，GBS，JP 蒞臨我校主持講座及接受採訪。蕭先生以豐富人生閱歷為軸，串連過往在政府高層工作的經歷、家庭生活的點滴以及退休後的義務工作。整場演講精采絕倫，不僅流露出對服務社會的熱忱，更深刻印證「萬事皆有神美意」之真諦。這令在座師生深受啟發，獲益良多。在蕭先生身上，我們看見一位走進社區、與人同行的謙卑領袖。他以謙和的態度分享智慧，鼓勵學子在面對未來挑戰時，仍要保持信心與盼望。講座不僅開闊學生視野，更在大家心中種下良善與服務的種子，教我們要看見別人的需要，且要與之努力同行。
