Application

Thank you for your interest in United Christian College (Kowloon East). Selecting the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions a parent has to make and we are delighted that you are considering UCCKE. 

UCCKE accepts Online Application Form ONLY. Please submit ONE application per child.

As for the exact interview arrangement, it will be confirmed at a later stage according to the EDB’s guidelines.

A. Document

Parents or guardians should ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete. Application cannot be processed unless all required documents listed below are uploaded ONLINE before the end of the application period:

  1. A Completed Application Form;
  2. A recent student photo of the applicant;
  3. A copy of the applicant’s HKID Card, Birth Certificate or Passport;

All personal data provided will be treated with strict confidentiality and used for admission-related purposes by the school only. Information will be destroyed once the admission exercise is completed and the information is no longer needed.

B. Admission Criteria

The school does not participate in the Discretionary Places or Central Allocation system. The selection criteria are the applicant’s EDB (Education Bureau) ranking, school academic results, conduct, as well as his/her performance in the interview.

The followings are also used as references:

  1. Parent’s / guardian’s support to School Mission and Christian Education;
  2. Applicant’s participation and performance in ECA / CCA;
  3. Applicant with sibling(s) who is/are our current student(s) or alumni;
  4. Applicant with parent(s) who is/are the current or former school staff;
  5. Parent’s / guardian’s support to child.

C. Application Fee

The non-refundable and non-transferable application fee can be paid by FPS, Credit Card, Alipay and WeChat with the Online Admission System.

Please ensure that the application fee is settled online successfully. Failure to settle the payment would render the application unsuccessful.
 

D. Interview

Each applicant will be assigned one of the above dates for an interview.

The School will release the interview information through email and the Online Admission System in mid- January, 2026. Please be advised that the interview time cannot be changed. Thank you for your understanding.

Please submit the following required documents to the online application system before the interview dates.

  1. Primary Six 1st Term Report;
  2. Primary Five 2nd Term Report;
  3. Primary Five 1st Term Report;
  4. Primary Four 2nd Term Report;
  5. One piece of Primary Six marked English Composition;
  6. One piece of Primary Six marked Chinese Composition; and/or
  7. Others (if any, e.g. certificates, reference letter, etc);
  8. Completed Parent Questionnaire (will be available when the interview date and time are released).

E. Admission Results

2026-2027 S.1 Admission application results will be released in March / April 2026 through email and the Online Admission System. Successful applicants will receive confirmation emails. Parents are required to confirm the enrolment and pay the tuition deposit of Hong Kong Dollar $1240 by a given due date.

本校只接受網上申請表格，每位申請人只需提交一次申請。

本校之確實面試形式將會根據教育局指引並容後通知。

詳細資料

A. 所需文件

網上申請表格須由家長或監護人填寫。請正確及完整地填寫表格內各項資料，並按照申請須知上載有關文件：

  1. 已填妥的申請表格；
  2. 申請學生的近照；
  3. 申請學生的香港身份証/出世紙/護照；

所有個人資料只會用作申請入讀本校或註冊程序用途，有關資料會於整個入學申請流程完成後全數銷毀。

B. 申請入學條件

本校不參加自行分配及中央派位。收生主要以學生在教育局成績次第、學業成績、操行及面試表現為準則，而以下幾項亦作參考：

  1. 家長 / 監護人對本校辦學理念 / 基督教教育的認同及支持
  2. 課外 / 聯課活動的參與及表現
  3. 兄姊為本校學生 / 校友
  4. 家長為學校前任或現任教職員
  5. 家長 / 監護人對子女的支援

C. 報名費用

家長需透過網上申請平台以轉數快、信用卡、支付寶及微信支付繳交報名費。報名費不設退款或轉名。

家長或監護人務必確保在網上成功繳付申請費用。未能成功繳付費用之申請將被視為無效，敬請留意。
 

D. 面試

申請學生將會被安排上述其中一天面試，本校約於2026年1月中旬透過電郵及網上申請平台發放面試資料。學校並不接受更改面試日期及時間，敬請見諒。

請在面試日期之前將以下所需文件提交至網上申請系統：

  1. 小六上學期成績表；
  2. 小五下學期成績表；
  3. 小五上學期成績表；
  4. 小四下學期成績表；
  5. 小六已批改之英文作文一篇；
  6. 小六已批改之中文作文一篇；和/或
  7. 其他文件 (如有。例：證書、推薦信等) ；
  8. 已填妥的家長問卷 (將於公佈面試日期與及時間時提供)。

E. 申請結果

取錄結果將於2026年3月至4月透過電郵及網上申請平台公佈。成功取錄者將會收到電郵錄取通知書。一經取錄，家長必須於指定時間內確認學位及繳交留位費港幣$1240，否則當放棄學位論。
