Philosophy and Rationale

The library services for students include research facilities, photocopying and printing provided in a multi-purpose and individual study area, and project rooms for discussions. The library collection includes both electronic and print resources for the preparation of assignments and research projects. Computers and Wi-Fi are available for research, access to electronic databases, eBooks, etc. The library facilitates student independent and collaborative learning.

To equip students to become independent life-long learners, skills necessary to access, analyze, synthesize, and communicate information efficiently and effectively in a variety of formats are introduced to junior form students in the Library Program. And to promote reading which encourages imagination, empathy and the development of literacy skills, a wide variety of fiction books are made available in the library collection to cater for student various interests.
